my doorbell camera don’t catch my wife and also many persons and I can’t understand way,anyone have a clue way?

If it’s missing your wife and other people, it could be a few things.
First, check your activity zones and make sure they fully cover the area people walk through. Sometimes they’re just outside the zone and the camera won’t trigger.
Also try bumping up the motion sensitivity. If it’s set low, it might miss slower movement or people walking across instead of toward the camera.
Angle matters too. If the doorbell is mounted too high or aimed too far out, it might not catch people close to the door.
Lastly, check the power mode. If it’s set to battery saver, detection can be slower. Try switching to a mode that focuses more on fast alerts.
