My E25 started making a noise. I reached out to Eufy support and WOW, they were so nice and assisted me. I have attached a video so you can hear the sound. But he never stopped working. Just got a little loud. I absolutely love this robot, I am glad they were able to assist and get me a replacement.

Support is great 98% of the time I have no complaints about them. Did they make that noise stop ?
i had the warranty and they sent me a new unit.
