My eufy doesn’t record events from when I’ve set it up, I’ve gone through tutorials and still no events recorded, how do you see your footage? Plus it states I’ve got over 1000 recorded events but can’t see or it says I need a computer to see please help
do you have a SD card installed? or is it connected to a home base? The app will tell you. and if you do install a SD card you have to format it but that is simple enough. Telling us what model camera you have will help us help you. For stand alone cameras if you want it to record events most require a SD card or a home base it says this in the description. There are some older models that have built in storage but not a lot of storage.
I was having these issues on just SD storage. I ended up ripping out all of my Nest cameras and adding more Eufy and when I did I bought a Home Base and a hard drive for it. Problems went away.
