My home base device keeps disconnecting from my WiFi network even though it is configured to 2.4ghz frequency as stipulated in the requirements. It connects for a few minutes then goes offline. I am using a mesh network setup.
Any advice on the matter would be appreciated.

The device may be having trouble with the mesh WiFi system, even though it is using 2.4 GHz.
Please try these steps:

If it still disconnects, try connecting it to a normal 2.4 GHz WiFi network or phone hotspot. If it works there, the issue is likely with the mesh WiFi settings.

The device may be having trouble with the mesh WiFi system, even though it is set to 2.4 GHz.

Please try moving the device closer to the main router and restarting both the router and the device. If your router has Smart Connect or Band Steering turned on, please turn it off if possible. You can also try giving the 2.4 GHz WiFi its own separate name.

It may also help to connect the device to the main router instead of a mesh point.

If you have the mesh node and the HomeBase sitting close to each other, separate them by about 3 ft.

Also if you’re mesh node has an Ethernet port you could connect HB with a cable?

I’m having exactly the same problem but I’m not using a mesh network I’m just connected to my router my home base 3 will only connect to router if I turn it off then on again but after a few minutes it disconnects again it’s about a week since it started happening only stays connected it hard wired nothing else in the house is having any problems the my router only home base

It works with an ethernet connection to the mesh network node. However, once I connect it the 2.4ghz guest WiFi network it works for around 20mins and then guess offline.

Does the guest Network have a Time limit use while connected to it and is anything else connected to your guest Network that doesn’t have an issue?
Also does the guest Network transmits 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz with the same SSID name?

There is no time limit on the guest network and I also have other devices connected which do not lose connectivity after some random time
