my camera is like this too is there anyway to make the topcamera as bright as the bottom one.

The top looks the same brightness as the bottom to me. Don’t know of anyway you could adjust the contrast. I would save it and capture a frame of his face to turn into police. If you pull a frame out you can edit it to improve contrast.
