My R50i earbuds volume get reduced, how to fix it

You can try the following:

  1. Remove the volume limit
  • On iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety and turn off Reduce Loud Audio.
  • On Android: Turn on Absolute Volume in Developer Options, or enable Bluetooth volume sync if available. If not, please increase the earbud volume directly.
  1. Check the soundcore app settings
    Open the soundcore app and check whether any volume protection or high-volume limit setting is enabled. If so, please turn it off.
  2. Adjust the volume
    Lower the phone volume by one step first, then turn up the volume on your phone, the media app, and the earbuds.
  3. Clean the earbuds
    Gently clean the mesh filter, sound outlet, and air vent using a cotton swab lightly dampened with medical alcohol.
  4. Reset the earbuds
    Take the earbuds out of the charging case, then press and hold both touch areas for 10 seconds to reset them.
  5. Pair again
    Delete all Bluetooth records for the soundcore R50i on your phone, then pair the earbuds again.
