My sister’s Eufy app she just installed version 5.4.00 keeps on asking to use Advanced Encryption which we don’t care. So each time she tries to open a recorded Eufy vid it says it needs encryption setup. I checked and under the the app settings->security->video encryption->Advanced Encryption is off. So why does Eufy keeps on saying it wants to create a vault? My phone has no issues. The previous version of Eufy app she used had no issues. Can someone she light on what’s going on?
