My video doorbell EUFY Wired T8200 system version: 2.354 always send me notification of the presence of a human, every evening after 05h00PM but nobody is on my front galerie and no one pressed the doorbell… The detection Level is at minimum. Why and what’s the solution, to stop those FALSE notifications please?

It should have a thumbnail showing you the “person,” just keep reporting that it is not a person, may eventually train the AI.

that is strange if it is happening at the exact same time every day. I would try restarting it or if this model doesn’t have that option I would take it down and remove it from the app and press and hold sync button for 20+ seconds (this normally factory resets most Eufy devices) then reinstall it as a new device and redo settings and don’t set to “all motions “.
