Neighbours arguing after one of them blocked another driveway and refuses to move the car. The offender has space on their own driveway but likes to cause issues and does this regularly.

The guy who moved his silver coloured car challenges anyone who blocks their driveway, however, they and their relatives etc are happy to block other peoples driveway.
Grease on the windscreen on every offender should sort it out

Initially, I would advise contacting the local authorities to formally document the situation. Should the individual persist in parking in front of your residence, the vehicle may then be subject to towing.

Unfortuantely it’s a joke the Police used to issue tickets, then the Local Authority (LA) took over. They refused to issue a ticket because the car was on the pavement, despite it was blocking my drop kerb and my car. They supported the offender as the LA has some very bad workers and my complaint was closed and made to go away. So this is one reason why I am forced to park my own car outside my own driveway.

100% agree. Plus you don’t want to goto their level of behaviour. My car has been hit and scratched on purpose many times.
