Are you in the US🇺🇸? I can’t find it available anywhere not even in the app from Eufy to purchase it is there to add as a device though

Not, it hasn’t been released in the US yet. This new base station has many more features than the S380, and I’ve been using it for over a month without any bugs. It can completely replace the S380. The only downside is that it doesn’t support the 4G bands in my area.

According to the eufy website, $400 is the price of the entire kit, which includes the camera and sensor.

The new base supports both wireless camera and PoE cameras, can connect to displays via HDMI, has four PoE ports and supports 4G networks, includes two SIM card slots and a replaceable AI card slot, and has a built-in battery that can operate for 24 hours after a power outage. It is a combination of the Display E10, NVR S4, and S380.

OK…thanks. Then it is a “different” product and the only benefit for me would be the multiple live streaming. A shame if they not can upgrade S380 to handle that I think.
