Recorded live footage from cameras and the doorbell is no longer displayed in the eufy app on the phone. What could be the cause of this?
Do you happen to have the home base? If not that’s not a problem, but your problem is, in the event that none of your cameras have them… they are missing a storage device.
the home base supports a hard drive of your choice for local storage. But if you do not have the home base, the cameras still need their own micro SD in order to save recorded videos.

are you talking about not being able to view previous recorded events? Or recording while watching live?
