Not capturing me when leaving

Hi there. I have a Eufy video doorbell. Although I have enabled the detection mode (middle or semi-highest sensitivity) the camera is not capturing me when leaving through the door in the morning. The camera is placed right on the side of the door through which I am leaving. I must be totally in the picture. Help!

I have the same problem, but sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Weird, because I’m absolutely totally in the picture.

Same with me. I had a delivery done today and it did not capture any record of the driver delivering my package. It also did not record me coming back into my home.

I am experiencing same issue,
It only alerts and records motion detection 1 out of 5 times.

Please fix this issue.

I totally disconnected the camera and connect it again. Although it is spoiling battery power it is working now :slight_smile:

I would do the following:

  1. Turn sensitivity up 1 level
  2. Clean the camera Lens with a non abrasive cleaner
  3. Restart device
