That’s a lot of police for a guy who looks like he just stole a belt. He’s glad he had the snow to climb on to the fence or he never would have reached the top.

That first cop and the guy made it look scripted at first damn. Reminds me of the time I saw the police chasing a guy in a bike, he ditched it and scaled a privacy fence, what shocked me was the 400lb cop chasing him scaled that thing like it was nothing right behind him.
