One camera is bright and clear. Other same model is pixilated and cant see people or moving things other than a white figure.
Maybe i need a new lens? I have tried cleaning with lint free rags and windex. Nothing clear

Bottom of screenshot camera perfectly bright. Top back yard and dull. Pixelated if i zoom or runnvideo. Dull like this when just on
