one of three BIG cats (domestic)cats that have been using the "unsecured"air vent that gives them free access underneath my property, I would like to add that I have got NO PROBLEM with these cats doing so, as I have had NO sort of disturbance to myself or anything else to my life, I have found NO reason why they should be denied access to get out of the extremely cold/wet weather we have on the island
