Our front doorbell camera is hooked up to the electrical connector that used to supply power to the door doorbell button. Yet the internal battery out, and when I unplug it and hook the unit up to a charger, the battery does not charge.
What model of battery doorbell do you have? Voltage supplied to the doorbell wires by the old indoor doorbell is key. Can you measure the voltage at the wires outside?
