Unbelievable! Was the company helpful in refunding your order? I had a package stolen and the well known beauty company K****, did NOTHING.
They sent me an email stating that they fulfilled their obligations by delivering my order ( pic included) and that they would not refund me anything($250).
Visa refunded me after I explained the situation.
