Download it and grab a frame when you can see his face. Report it and post to your neighborhood block watch if available. Kind of like the post office most wanted posters. I see packages delivered at all hours of the night on my dead-end street as well as unwanted mail box thieves. You just don’t know who’s around at all hours anymore, Ubers, delivery, doordash and who ever.
