We have multiple sites under our account, and most have keypads. We had a panic alarm activated, however the automated emails do not have a device name or location on them. The emails show a time and date but no further information. We want to send out an alert to relevant people that may not have app access (number of app sign in’s per site is limited) that a panic alarm has been activated. They will need a location to know which site it is.
Has anyone made this happen? Or if not, if a Eufy developer is reading this, can you change this? Surely this is a simple addition.
