Possibility to poweroff / shutdown HomeBase (3)

Hej,
very basic, but what i am really missing - for peace of mind - is the possibility of gracefully shutting down / powering off the HomeBase 3.
The app has a restart function, but no poweroff. I think just pulling the plug could potentially do harm to the system, as for every other computer, right?! Even if not often done, it would definitely ease my mind… and should not be that hard to implement :wink:
One way was adding the shutdown function to the app, another to be able to SSH into the box, cos then we could manually do e.g. “shutdown -P 0”.

Same question with an additional dimension. When adding a hard disk, especially a spinning disk, a “pull the plug” shut down isn’t optimal. Adding a feature for a graceful shutdown, inclusive of the file system and hardware would be a best practice. I just put a spinning disk in my HomeBase 3 and don’t look forward to pulling out the AC adapter when I relocate from staging to its final deployment location where it will be behind a UPS.
