For more than a year I have been a satisfied user of the HomeBase 2 kit with two eufyCam 2C cameras. Last week I switched to HomeBase S380 via the app on my iPhone and since then started problems.
For example, the cameras stopped detecting motion at night (this sometimes happens during the day too), the sensitivity of the cameras and even the distance at which they can detect motion have decreased.
I have the cameras installed inside a residential building in the hallway on the first floor and on the second floor. Anyone who has walked past the cameras in the past, each camera immediately sent a motion report.
After I installed the S380, only one camera sends a report and the other does not send anything. I have no idea why.
Maybe there is an automatically set interval, if someone walks past the second camera within 20 seconds, it does not send any report. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable for me.
I need every camera to send a message, regardless of whether it happens within 5 seconds.
I have updated the iPhone application to version V5.0.20_1650,
HomeBase 3 is updated to system 3.6.1.4. 02-03 (subsystem 1.4.0.8),
the cameras are updated to system 3.0.6.4 (subsystem 0.2.0.2).
Thanks for your help.
