Problems with my Space One Pro

My voice sounds terrible through the microphone on my headphones, I don’t know what to do.

I’ve already restarted it, and my voice sounds robotic.

I know you’ve tried some troubleshooting already, in order to further pinpoint the issue, we appreciate that you could try the troubleshooting below to see if it helps at all:

  1. Some phones have high output power. Excessive headphone volume may cause voice distortion or excessive background noise. Please lower the headphone volume appropriately.

  2. Please rule out the influence of poor network speed or excessive environmental interference. Try switching networks and changing the environment of your device and headphones to reduce the impact of high-power output interference sources.

  3. Please rule out the influence of outdated product firmware, call software, and device system version. Try upgrading the headphones, call software, and device system version.
