What’s the specs on the transformer you have now?

Power Requirement

Existing Doorbell Wiring

(16-24V, 10VA or higher)

or just try it with the transformer you have now and if the chime works but doesn’t maintain battery charge or if it fails the power test then you would want a higher output voltage.

I’m not sure, but I believe the doorbells only work with a mechanical chime not a digital one.

Electrician here not a good idea. a 24 volt transformer could damage your indoor chime unit most are designed to use a 16 volt transformer although it may work depending on how often it rings it could get damaged if you have buttons at other doors that are lit it will burn out the bulb in them. Your Eufy DB should work on 16 volts. You can get a stronger transformer that is 16 volts 30VA. VA (volt amps) is the amount of amps it can handle

Awesome thank you so much for the info, so I removed the bypass wires from my indoor chime and tried to see if it worked, and it did! I checked my transformer and on it said the 16 volt! It’s charging the camera and my chime works when it rings.

Awesome thank you for sharing, I saw that my transformer was 16v and heard that should work, so I removed the bypass wires from my home chime and it worked! Thank you!
