Random guy came and take picture of the house . What is he planning ? Could this be a possible scouter ? This was taken in the Summerlin area, Las Vegas up near lake mead exit. Beware of weirdos

Weirdos are everywhere 
See what he/she took a picture at, second floor it seems. May give you a clue. Staking out something visible? Or simply your architecture or unique fixture may have caught his innocent intent on capturing something that he liked for his home. Maybe interesting plants. Just ideas. I know I admire things that are nice and well landscaped, but never late night like this, so it does give you a worrisome feeling. Perhaps make the lights come on as it captured video. Best.
