Random guy trespassed. I turned off night vision. Should I turn on?

Using night vision is something you need to experiment with. I feel you have enough light that you may not need it. I always wonder why we’re not seeing what happened before this video.
Your also getting some washout from a light to the lower left when the zoom is tight to the house, maybe the camera reflecting off an object. This looks to me like an Uber driver picking someone up and he’s saying goodbye.
It looks all right, if you had night vision turned on you wouldn’t be able to tell the color of the clothes and the car.

looks well to light to need night vision, I agree. But if you want black and white clips which doesn’t do much in way of detail by all means..
