Refuses to get a drop kerb and driveway then plays silly games. Scum had another car space in front of vehicle on pavement, but parks just on edge of my drop kerb! To force me to move away from my drop kerb!

its illegal to park over a dropped kerb in scotland and has a fine of £100 (£50 if payed early)
you could take a photo and send to the authorities to teach them a lesson
