Dog is a dog, it’s a person that’s rude.
Yeah sucks dealing with dog owners that don’t control or train their dogs properly. Lots in my neighborhood don’t pick up after their pets and let them run unleashed or just leave in backyard to escape and run loose through the neighborhood.

You guys are not really in understanding what was happening here! This person used her dog to get close to that persons car! Nine times out of ten she’s jealous of the person that owns the car! Trust me she knew exactly what she was doing! Tell me why would you allow your pet to get that close to anyone’s car?!! This neighbor would allow her dog to pee on my tires!!! I’m so glad that God has blessed me with such an gift! That gift is to be able to read body language! Now go back and re look at the video!! Do you see how she’s just looking forward?! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY EXCUSES FOR HER!! Shes fully aware of what her dog is doing! Yet she is not looking at the dog so in case the owner question 
her later she can say…oh! I didn’t see that, my mind was somewhere else!!! This video has completely pissed me off!!! I’m pissed

Is that kind of language really necessary ? Nope. This word is disrespectful and pejorative and should never be used here or elsewhere .
I saw the video and what shocked me the most are the comments..
I have a dog and frankly, the neighbour did not freak out . Dogs can smell/hear things we cannot so maybe another dog left his mark and the one in your video decided to “mark” his territory with a few drops of urine.Normal dog behavior.As long as the owner picks up their dog excrements , there is no need to freak out.
It’s understandable not to make a fuss about dogs relieving themselves anywhere, but doing so on someone else’s property is a different matter, especially when the owner is present.
