S220 solocam qu

S220 solocam query, our camera seems to have stopped detecting anything. I’ve checked all the settings, tried resetting and adjusting. Nothing has helped.

Anyone experiencing the same problem and have a solution please?

I don’t have that camera but, I have experienced at times the same issue.

Sometimes this works for me. Try each one and test it out before you continue to the next.
In the camera settings.

  1. Turn motion detection off and then back on.
  2. Turn the camera off and then back on.
  3. Try Restart Device.
  4. If none of those work, then Remove Device and add the camera back to the App.
