I cant get my S380 homebase to even connect to my router via cable. Have tried 4 cables, have had the homebase exchanged on warranty, it stays red and wont connect to the internet via the ethernet cable at all. Any ideas ?
locate the cycle button, it’s a small pinhole on the bottom
press it in 15 seconds, it should help
