Has anyone had and know the resolution to turning it off ! No notifications since switching it on accidentally jjust exploding my new device . Can’t seem to find a way to return it to inactive

I’ve done a workaround by putting myself at home from 00.01 to 23.59 every day On the schedule . It was working fine when no tabs were blue so something must Achieve that again you’d have thought .
