Security camera and doorbell

I just purchased the pro 2 security camera and ever since i linked them to my account i don’t receive notifications. I had a family member come to pick up something curbside i was waiting and waiting so i text them and they said ya i already went, and by the way they came to my porch and got something. I looked in my events and there is nothing the last event was 12 hrs ago. I went outside multiple time and never got a notification either.

Hi, have you set your detection sensitivity to a low number or not provided an activity zone in your cameras settings?

You can change everything from the “motion detection” option in the cameras settings.

You can also test the sensitivity by doing a test to see if the camera is picking up motion in the “motion test mode” at the bottom of the same page.
