Seems neighbour is shooting a catapult at the solar panel in this clip - that’s his dog. Unfortunately the dog didn’t trigger a pan to the left or we may have seen the shooter.

Yes could of scratch marks on it.
No wind that day and a bird doesn’t normally make that thwack noise. Also have prior footage of either the grandson (around 16/17) in the woods with his mate pointing a catapult towards and old camera. The dog can’t get out their garden unless they go through that passage behind the fence. The fence is down and started it but neighbour got all irate and threatened to knock it down which is why the camera went up. (I’ve purchased the strip that runs round the back of my house and he couldn’t buy his - so a little jealousy from an idiot. He previously be warned by police for dumping pig & other carcasses in the woods when the foxes dragged them up onto the golf course. He’s now dumping pigeon carcasses in the woods as he shoots - the camera catches anyone walking past there or it they deviate through the garden. So I’m pretty sure - it’s not the only thing that’s been shot either my van also had an unexplained small round dent in it which happened on the driveway mysteriously!

Increase your video sensitivity and ptz speed to improve reaction times and hopefully catch them. Alternatively, install a second camera
