Have a 2C covering my daughters bunny house outdoor, lets call it A.
I also have a 2C inside the house/cage, lets call it B that is linked to A .
When A starts recording so does B but only for 10 seconds. Is there any way to extend the length of the linked camera to record longer periods?
I believe it depends on the power manager setting of the automated camera.
In my situation, I have a doorbell with fixed recording length of 45s. The doorbell is used in an automation, and when there is a linked event, the recording is 45s. If there is no motion and you have “end clip early” set for that camera, it will stop recording when it has not seen any motion after activating.
