I have set up my Eufy 2K wireless door bell but can’t find the video on my phone app
Rather than not ask the obvious but have you added the door bell to the eufy app?
You will add camera. The doorbell should have a code to scan and then setup…

I do Business Anaysis work and sometimes have to help our help desk. Had times folks needing to get password into our software but are really needing password onto our network. So I do not assume and start with the basic based on info. 
Now if they have the setup and can see ithe bell n their feeds, it would just mean they need to go to the events to view them…
