Smart Display not being very smart

Hi All,

This morning I had a message on my Smart Display that there was a firmware update, which I let it do, even though everything was working PERFECTLY.

Now on all of my cameras intermittently, I have an UNABLE TO PLAY THE VIDEO message on the smart display.

Not that it matters, but I have a HomeBase with 5TB drive, an E340 doorbell, two S350 cameras, and one E30 camera.

Everything is working fine on my iPhone.

How do I go back to the previous Smart Display firmware?

I don’t think you can roll back to a previous firmware version…
What firmware version do you have now?
I’m on the V2.7.13
Try restarting the Smart Display if you haven’t done so yet.

The Smart Display updated to 2.6.21

:thinking: I received that firmware update in mid january, so maybe you’ll receive a newer firmware updates soon then?

My version is 2.7.13 and is working fine. Try a new update, Eufy always does an update and it never fails that it causes my cameras and viewers several problems.
