Is it just me or is it normal to have a smoky cloudy thumbnail screen display when you first access the app to view your doorbell, video clips/status? It immediately goes away once you tap on the doorbell feed.
I do not have door bell, but the eufy app retains last motion on the thumbnail when I start the app.
that thumbnail changes with every opening of app
If you consistant seeing the same pic, you need submit feedback to eufy throug/ app.
