So I bought a E340 recently and I wired everything correctly even my signal strength has been excellent. Im getting an error of it cant connect or whatever whenever I try to view it and Ive stopped getting notifications from any activity outside my house. Any suggestions?

I received my Eufy doorbell on Monday from Amazon and I am getting exactly the same as you.
I have emailed Eufy and tried everything in their return email but still no live view.
looks like it’s being returned to Amazon…2/10
Mines fine
Just received mine yesterday, will not hook up to the WIFI. Super frustrated
