Someone rans from the police and they looked for them down the alley. The police saw my cameras and came to my front door there separate times. The person never ran down the alley but it was awesome to watch everything on the NVR S4

Does the PTZ Cam track well if a person was walking at a fast pace as close as being against your fence. I noticed that the S340 struggles with tracking with a person so close to the camera
I find it may be slow to grab them but it will catch up and track them in frame pretty well

I think Eufy have a problem with close-up person tracking. This is their new Solar pan/tilt hybrid flag camera. And is still having lag problems tracking people moving from either side

It has always went back to the original preset. This camera is the poe, but s340 has always went back too
I’m referring to the tracking fail lock. As demonstrated in this video.
I have the new S4. The tracking lock is much improved over the S340

At least the male officer is aware how a PTZ Camera works
I replaced my corner camera S340 with the S340. It’s an improvement, but I can still get the AI tracking freeze
