Most likely. I suspect that they were planning to rob the inside of the car - it didn’t seem like they were prepared to hot wire it
Eufy needs Optical Zoom and not just Digital zoom. There is a big difference in detail, I recently got another brand with 18x Optical Zoom (with 4x OZ I can read number plates upto 10 meters away). Digital zoom x8 even on S3 Pro is rubbish and can’t read unless really close.
So faces and number plates need to be clearly visible from a distant.

Foscam dome, I included a footage where I zoomed in on my street, about 20 cars length away, I can adjust the focus to make objects clearly idetified like bin numbers etc.
