SSD not found

I contacted Eufy with all my Problems and they responded very quickly. Finally they asked me to send delivery adress in order to exhange they product.

Correction: i just received per email, that i first have to return the HB.

Hmmm that’s odd, I had to return a camera one time they shipped out the camera with a return label so I could send the defective camera back.
Did the email contain a prepaid return shipping label?

My respond was misleading.
In the meantime i received a Return Label

Okay, don’t leave us hanging… Let us know how the replacement HB3 works out.

thanks for your help: i have been through your advices. I have brandnew ssds which i have checked for updates i.e samsung magicians. Im waiting now for a new HB
