Still hoping for a fix to the “new” HearID app function. Not very user friendly, intuitive and NOTHING like the HearID system still in use for other Soundcore products. Plus, there’s no updated “how-to” video, not to mention the TERRIBLE, poorly mixed, over-compressed song featured in the HearID “sound preference” section. Please fix…PLEASE
