The dope head scum is back and threatening me with parking? No drop kerb no driveway (front garden). In fact she illegally mounts the pavement. This is how absurd the law is that they can twist it.

The law is an ass in this area as those who enforce it are not doing their job. Police abuse the law and traffic wardens they choose who to ticket and not to. The regulations state is if there is a drop kerb and driveway you can’t block access. Other areas people are double parking on the roads, blocking the road almost, but large emergency veichles can’t get through. They need to get there act together and ban pavement parking, but this is down to enforcement and abuse of the law (Police interpreting it and making it as they go along - targeting who they want).
Neighbours from hell, don’t make good neighbours. My other neighbour is wonderful and we have got on very well for the past 18+ years.
Since the scums moved out the alleway has stopped flooding sewage and No Dope smell. I have installed a 2nd camera on the entrance of the alleyway. I dread them returning once the house is fixed.
