The mic(s) on R50i that I recently bought not too long ago get me a lot of complaints when I talk on the phone with anyone and even here on its own software with AI it is making sloppy mistakes like this. I would definitely like a replacement/refund for a better device with a clearer and better mic so that when I make calls and speak, sound is transmitted better. Otherwise 10/10 for the R50i and my first ever Soundcore earbuds and product.
