The snore masking and tracking doesn’t seem to turn on until I’m asleep. How do I get it to work while I’m trying to fall asleep?
Thanks so much for reaching out! If you’d like the snore masking feature to work while you’re falling asleep, please check the following settings:
In Snore Masking Settings, make sure “Recommend Masking Audio” and “Dynamic Snore Masking” are both turned on.
Keep your snore masking audio playing continuously before sleep — you can play it via Bluetooth or Local Mode using the recommended tracks found under Audio Library → Snore Masking.
In Auto-Switch Once Asleep, set the option to Keep Audio to ensure the sound continues playing even as you fall asleep.

Thank you. Does that mean that it’s not possible to turn on the snore tracking manually, and it only will track if the app is set to sleep mode and the headphones sense I’m asleep?
