Obviously aware of the camera. Must watch the delivery, seems like it would have been hard to see from the street. You can see most of his face when he first enters the gate, try capturing a frame and turn it in to the authorities.

Context the company you ordered the item from they should replace it as they did not delivery it in to your hands and that fall on them. Unless u told the delivery company to place it there.
