How?
First I have heard of this… that’s crazy
at day time, 2 guys came around my neighborhood getting and copying the fob keys’signal to save in their cellphone and iPad, and every night, they walked or drove car to each car door to pull out the door and steal the car. They stole my SUV Honda CRV hybrid sport touring 2025 in this September and some cars in this neighborhood with their high tech copy signal fob keys.
Now, I bought a new Toyota 2025, they came every day & night trying to steal it. I took the pictures 2 guys of them when they tried getting signal from fob keys. We have to cover our fob keys in foil.
Wow. Is that possible? Scary.
Tonight, they parked next to my car again more than 15 minutes and tried to steal the car. I came out to look their car, no license plate on their car and the guy told me that he wait for his friend and his license plate fall off on the street.
I think that they put car VIN in Toyota app and parked next to the car to active the Toyota car app.. if they can active the car app, they can steal the car. Crazy bad guys.
