Tenant left the main door slightly open. There’s a door in the foyer which goes down to the boiler room. The tenants know not to to down there
I agree he may be autistic. You should definitely have a better door and lock to restrict access to any utility area of a apartment building for security and safety if not it can lead to some serious liability for you. Just a suggestion.
