This is not David. These are flats next door not related to me whatsoever. The first floor flat has his mail regularly delivered in his bin while his overcrowded flat occupants won’t answer the postman knocking on the door. The occupant next door to him is also not related. I thought Royal mail were not allowed to deliver into bins.
