She’s looking at her phone like she’s comparing her delivery photo. I’ve had some miss delivered two doors down one multiple occasions, perhaps this what’s happening?
I would have to agree… looks like it was dropped off at the wrong home
I had the same experience several times: same numbers but one street away . I also got packages 
for this neighbor.
I’m grateful that in our neighborhood people are mostly honest and return packages that are not theirs 
Hopefully this is what the lady is doing and not taking something that is not hers. She should have talked to the owner of the house first imo.
