This person in the Hyundai Veloster just committed a Hit and Run when he ran into my parked car. He is seen fixing his car right after it happened. I am unable to make out the plate. Can anyone please assist me? I filed a police report but can’t make out the plate. Thank you in advance!

I can’t make out the plate on my end.
If you downloaded the video to your phone and then connect your phone to your PC, search for that video maybe you’ll get a better picture on the display monitor of the PC.
